OMG ! That’s the first thing I’m trying when I get back in town !
Idk how they do those multiple thin layers (hence the name Mille Crepe I surmise) but it must add to the lightness of the dessert. Your photos and descriptions are so mouthwatering that I must have some.
I doubt seriously that one slice will be enough though.

This Green Tea Mille Crepe looks like my favorite. I counted about 18 layers of passion and skill. What a delight!
