Pumpkin Spice Blondie Bars

Ingredients
- 1 package of Blondie Bars (Trader Joe’s)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup of Oat Milk (my own addition)
- 1 stick of Unsalted Butter
- 1 teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice (my own addition)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven at 350 degrees
- Prepare an 8x8x2 baking pan, spray the bottom of the pan with Coconut Cooking Spray and cover with parchment paper.
- Melt Unsalted Butter
- Whisk one large egg and add the melted butter
- Add in the Oat Milk
- Pour in 1 Package of Blondie Bar mix from Trader Joe’s
- Add in Pumpkin Spice
- Whisk until smooth and pour batter into the baking pan
- Cook in the oven for 35 minutes for a crisp top. If you want the Blondie Bars to be ooey-gooey cook for 28 minutes.
- Stick a fork or toothpick into the center of the bar to check that the dish is thoroughly cooked. If the utensil or stick comes out clean, then the dish is cooked.
- Cool for 10-20mins.
