Pumpkin Spice Blondie Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Blondie Bars (Trader Joe’s)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup of Oat Milk (my own addition)
  • 1 stick of Unsalted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice (my own addition)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven at 350 degrees
  2. Prepare an 8x8x2 baking pan, spray the bottom of the pan with Coconut Cooking Spray and cover with parchment paper.
  3. Melt Unsalted Butter
  4. Whisk one large egg and add the melted butter
  5. Add in the Oat Milk
  6. Pour in 1 Package of Blondie Bar mix from Trader Joe’s
  7. Add in Pumpkin Spice
  8. Whisk until smooth and pour batter into the baking pan
  9. Cook in the oven for 35 minutes for a crisp top. If you want the Blondie Bars to be ooey-gooey cook for 28 minutes.
  10. Stick a fork or toothpick into the center of the bar to check that the dish is thoroughly cooked. If the utensil or stick comes out clean, then the dish is cooked.
  11. Cool for 10-20mins.
