There are several brands that have an Air Fry, the one used for this recipe is a NUWAVE Jumbo Size 10-qt Digital Air Fryer from Bed Bath & Beyond (must purchase in-store). Cooked Chicken Wings TWO WAYS with the NUWAVE. One in a buttermilk batter and the other in Panko bread crumbs. Definitely prefer the Buttermilk Chicken Wings over the Panko bread crumbs. The layer of crispness and flavor was more prevalent in the buttermilk batter in comparison to the Panko bread crumbs.
